Ohio Valley Art League invited these artists to create artworks with a musical theme.
Music in Color is presented by Ohio Valley Art League, Riverbend Academy, and Audubon Museum.
Gallery hours are TUES to SAT 9 am to 4 pm Sunday 1 - 5 pm and closed on Monday.
This exhibit is free and open to the public. Exhibit will end June 14, 2008.

NANCI GRIFFITH and THE BLUE MOON ORCHESTRA

Henderson, Ky., home of John James Audubon will again host the eighth biennial Kentucky National Wildlife Art Exhibit. John James Audubon lived and painted in Henderson from 1810 to 1819, it is here that he set the course toward painting every bird in North America. The purpose of the exhibit is to increase awareness for the preservation of wildlife and to recognize artists who derive inspiration and imagery from the wildlife and environment. The exhibit further encourages the collection of original works of art.

The Ohio Valley Art League presents “AQUEOUS USA”Traveling Exhibition
February 3 to March 1, 2008

Rotunda Gallery (second floor) Henderson County Public Library, 101 S. Main Street, Henderson, KY
The Traveling Exhibition of Kentucky Watercolor Society’s National Aqueous USA will open February 3. It is considered to be one of the top five watercolor exhibits in the nation. The Ohio Valley Art League is the host of the twenty-piece traveling exhibit.

Exhibits are free and open to the public. The Rotunda Gallery and the Henderson Fine Arts Center galleries are wheelchair accessible.
